I am NOT accepting more house commissions at this time!

Due to abuse of payment options, Half payment for a commission will be required at the START of each project. The remainder of payment will be due once the project is completed.

These are my prices for Interior House Designs for EQ2. Note that I do NOT accept RL cash for decorating, however I do accept SC gifted items. I am willing to trade house designs for arts!

Note on Breakout Homes: Breakout homes are great. However, they are also extremely laggy and if SoE changes anything in the area of the breakout, it can't be fixed all too easily. I do not do breakout houses. I will do them ONLY upon request, however I will advise you to invest in an Island home instead. Yes it cost money, but you get a bigger space and it can't be fucked up if SoE changes something.

Pricing List

• All prices include a crafted expander. If an owner wishes to add a Station Cash 200 Item expander, it is their job to buy it. No discount will be given for SC expanders.
• If a crafted expander is added on by the home owner, this charge will be discounted from the total.
• All prices are based off of BASE ITEM COUNT. Home owners will not be charged for item count added through expanders of any kind.
• Half payment is expected at the START of each HOUSE. The remainder of the payment will be accepted once the house is completed to the costumer's liking.
• Owners can pay the full amount ahead of time if they wish to have their home completed ASAP. Homes that pay a head of time will take first priority.
• These prices are BASE prices. If the home cost us more, we will ask for more. If it cost less, we may give a discount. Discounts given will apply ONLY to the second part of payment.
• Guild Hall prices are Non-negotiable. Massive Sized Prestige Homes are non-negotiable. These homes have more space and take longer to decorate.
• Prices are subject to change depending upon what a project calls for.

• Some Discounts may be given. This will be determined by the amount of time the project takes and decided before the second half of payment.
• Discounts WILL be given to those who purchase one of Crimsonblade Real Estate Files. Purchase of the Layout Files are separate from commission and priced differently. Some negotiation may apply.
