Two years ago I built the very first Soulfire Haunted House in its own home. I did the design in less than 24 hours and it was good, but I didn't like it after awhile. I didn't realize I didn't like it until last Nights of the Dead when I went to make sure it was good for the tavern night. I absolutely hated it, but I didn't have time to do anything about it between doctor appointments.
So a few months ago I decided to redo the entire Haunted House. I wanted a design that could virtually last for a couple of years with only adding a few things here and there. I wanted to bring together the spookiness of Nights of the Dead and the elegance of The Soulfire Club.
One of my most recent projects was The Maiden's Fancy Guild Hall in Halas. I absolutely LOVED the wall combination I did downstairs and i had to use it again. I decided that it would be just the thing to bring together spooky and elegance. I'm also planning to use the same combination in a future home for myself!
It took me several long weeks, but it's finally done! Enjoy!
